Prince Ademola Ebenezer Bobade is a native of Igbara –Odo Ekiti, Ekiti State. He had his primary school education at St. James C.A.C. Primary School Akure, before proceeding to Aquinas College Akure for his secondary school education. He graduated from University of Ilorin, Ilorin (1994) where he obtained Bachelor of Science (B.sc) Finance. He bagged a Master Degree (M.sc) in Accounting from Ekiti State University (2018)

A fellow of Chartered Institute of Accountant of Nigeria (FCA). Mr Bobade, worked with Vokia Anie & Co., Benin City, as Audit Supervisor (1994-1995); WOSEM, Akure as Accountant, also as Internal Auditor (1995-2008). He joined Ekiti State University (2008) as Senior Internal Auditor and pioneer Head of Audit for the former ‘’The University of Education, Ikere-Ekiti’’He was Promoted to the rank of Principal Internal Auditor (2011). He head the Price Intelligence Unit of the Directorate. In 2014, he became Chief Internal Auditor and was redeployed to head the Internal Audit Division of the Directorate of Part time Programmes, also overseeing Internal Audit activities of the Directorate of Pre- Degree Programmes, Ifaki Campus. He was elevated to the position of Deputy Director Internal Audit in year, 2022.

He is the chairman Directorate of Internal Audit Report writing Committee 2012 to Date. Executive member Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Universities (SSANU), 2012 to Date. President EKSU Progressive Cooperative Multipurpose Society (2012-2017). Member Investigation Committee to investigate financial infractions at Eksu Consult Ltd (2020). Member Investigation Committee to Investigate financial misappropriation at Faculty of law (2021). Assessor of ATSWA Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) 2016 to Date.

A member of Association of University Administrators (AUA) UK. He attended workshops, seminar and conferences both locally and international; Institute of Chartered Accountant Annual Conferences.
